Leadership Team

Nikol Dekazou, MA, CSC, ABS
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Nikol Dekazou is a Board-Certified Sexologist, Certified Sex Coach, and Somatic Specialist based in Austin, Texas. Nikol brings a humanistic and holistic approach to leadership—nurturing sexual wellness, organizational integrity, and global community.
Her Sex Coaching style is pleasure-informed and evidence-based, integrating the mind-body connection to support authentic growth and healthy relationships. With an MA in Creative Writing focused on the phenomenological realities of DSD sexual experience, Nikol’s research and practice position her as a visionary in holistic sex coaching.
She has collaborated with DSD (Differently Sexed Disorders) organizations, delivered lectures internationally, and advocates for variation across all identities—from neurodivergent to queer to differently bodied.
Nikol is dedicated to upholding the highest standards in sex coach training and mentoring students to fall in love with learning, embody sexual literacy, and lead with compassion.

Dr. Norelyn Parker, PhD, CSC
General Manager & Student Services Coordinator
Dr. Norelyn Parker is a Certified Sex Coach and graduate of Sex Coach U, based in Sacramento, California. She holds a PhD from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality and completed her Sexological Bodywork training through the European Academy of Somatic Education.
Her academic and professional work explores intimacy in military and long-distance relationships, the intersection of cannabis and sex, and the overlap between orofacial and vulvar pain disorders. Norelyn also holds certification as a Cannabis Coach and Educator.
In her role at SCU, Norelyn manages operations, student support, and the smooth flow of all learning experiences. Outside of work, you’ll find her at poetry open mic nights or on the tango dance floor.

Julia Satterlee, CSC, ABS
Director of Curriculum & Student and Alumni Success at Sex Coach U
Julia Satterlee, CSC, ABS, is the Director of Curriculum & Student and Alumni Success at Sex Coach U and the Founder of Pleasure Wise Wellness. In her leadership role, she oversees curriculum development, student progress, and alumni engagement—connecting graduates with resources to thrive as professional sex coaches.
A Certified Sex Coach (Sex Coach U) and Board-Certified Sexologist (American Board of Sexology), Julia has coached individuals and couples since 2019, helping them build confidence, connection, and pleasure from a shame-free, sex-positive foundation.
With over two decades in adult education, sexuality education, and human rights advocacy, Julia brings expertise in teaching, training, and facilitation. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she creates inclusive, affirming spaces for growth and exploration.
Through Pleasure Wise Wellness, she offers coaching, courses, and community programs to help people overcome sexual shame, embrace intimacy, and experience more joy—both in the bedroom and beyond.

Jordan Vecchio, MA, CSC
Coordinator of Business Programs
Jordan Vecchio is a Certified Sex Coach and holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Gender and Sexuality. She integrates her experience in small business entrepreneurship with her passion for personal development to help SCU students grow thriving, heart-centered practices.
In her own coaching work, Jordan supports women and couples in restoring libido, enhancing pleasure, and cultivating self-love. Down-to-earth and deeply compassionate, she empowers clients to embrace their sexual wellness journey as an essential part of holistic well-being.
Jordan lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her rescue pit bull and enjoys sunlit reading sessions and long walks.

Lisa Welsh, BA (Hons), ASE, CSC
Marketing Lead
Lisa Welsh is a Certified Sex Coach and Accredited Sex Educator with a BA Honours in Business Management. As Marketing Lead for Sex Coach U, she combines strategic expertise with a deep passion for sexual wellness advocacy.
Lisa also serves as Communications Lead for the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS), where she contributes to global dialogues around sexual rights, justice, and pleasure. Her background in communications, education, and digital strategy helps ensure that SCU’s message reaches and inspires a diverse, worldwide audience.

Kincaid McMinn, CSC
Live Event Facilitator
Kincaid McMinn is a Certified Sex Coach and Clinical Sexologist based in San Diego, California. A proud SCU graduate, Kincaid helps people move from performance and pressure to play and pleasure through a humanistic, sex-positive approach.
In his role at SCU, he curates meaningful group conversations and supports live SCU events, both student-facing and prospective student-facing. Outside work, Kincaid can be found reading, staying active outdoors, or playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends.

Carli Guzowski, BA, CSC
Community Engagement Coordinator
Carli Guzowski is a Clinical Sexologist and Certified Sex Coach with a BA in Psychology and advanced training in Trauma Responsive Care and the Polyvagal Certificate Course: Safety, Connection, and the Human Experience. Her holistic approach supports people in moving beyond shame and embarrassment to experience greater confidence, fulfillment, and pleasure in life.
As Community Engagement Coordinator at SCU, Carli fosters meaningful connections within the global SCU student and alumni network. When not working, Carli can be found tending her garden, relaxing on her front porch, and spending time with family.

Azure Grayott, CSC, ABS
Admissions Consultant
Azure Grayot, also known as The Luv Diva, is a Board-Certified Sexologist, Intimacy Coach, and entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership and business-building experience. Since 2002, she has launched and scaled multiple ventures, generating millions in sales while mentoring high-performing teams across the country.
A proud graduate of Sex Coach U, Azure now returns to help future students discover the possibilities with SCU. In this role, she shares her passion for the program’s transformational power, guiding new students to see how sex coaching can change not only their own lives but also the lives of those they serve.
Rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and purpose, Azure believes that when business aligns with heart and service, success flows naturally. She’s honored to represent Sex Coach U and advance its global mission to educate and empower the next generation of sex coaches.
When she’s not working, Azure enjoys traveling with her husband and their French Bulldog.

Kai French
Marketing Associate
Based in South Africa, Kai French supports SCU’s digital marketing and social media presence. Passionate about inclusive and ethical communication, he’s developing his expertise in digital marketing within the sex-positive education space.
Kai’s work focuses on accessibility and representation – helping SCU expand access to transformative sex education worldwide.

Dr. Patti Britton, PhD, MPH, MCSC, ABS
Co-Founder & Advisory Board Member
Known globally as the “Mother of Sex Coaching,” Dr. Patti Britton co-founded Sex Coach U and pioneered the field of Sex Coaching. With a Ph.D. and Master’s in Public Health in Human Sexuality, she has over 40 years of leadership in sexology and education.
Dr. Patti is the author of The Art of Sex Coaching (W.W. Norton & Co., 2005) and Designing and Leading a Successful SAR (Routledge, 2017), among six pivotal books that have shaped the field. She has led over 55 SAR programs across seven countries and appeared on hundreds of media platforms including Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, and Women’s Health.
Her accolades include:

As Advisory Board Member, Dr. Patti continues to guide SCU’s vision, ensuring the legacy of excellence, professionalism, and heart-centered education she helped establish.

Dr. Susan Kaye
Advisory Board Member
Dr. Susan Kaye is a sexual well-being specialist with nearly 40 years of experience in somatic and integrative healing. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality, is an ABS Diplomate, and began her career in the mid-1980s working with the Masters & Johnson Sex Research team.
Her work there focused on Sensate Focus Therapy, where she developed her “neck up / neck down” framework to help clients integrate mind and body more effectively.
Across her career, Dr. Kaye has combined her backgrounds in tantra, bodywork, massage therapy, and yoga with her roles as a Sexologist, Sex Counsellor, and Sex Educator. Her approach is grounded, embodied, and centred on whole-person wellness.
She is also the author of Am I Normal If…, a compassionate guide to understanding and embracing one’s sexuality.

Dr. Mark Schoen
Advisory Board Member
Dr. Mark Schoen began producing sexual health films in 1974, during his graduate school days at New York University. As an award-winning filmmaker and human sexuality expert, he has produced more than 60 sexual health films that have been broadcast, used in clinical and educational settings, and by the general public. He is author of the award winning children’s sexual anatomy book, Bellybuttons Are Navels, available at Amazon.
His productions have included projects for SIECUS, The Unitarian Church, and Planned Parenthood. Dr. Schoen has won seven prestigious Telly Awards as well as other noted film awards for producing & directing in the sexual health field. He has been quoted in numerous publications and appeared on many television & radio shows.
He also serves on the Board of the Foundation for the Scientific Study of Sexuality. His film “TRANS” won the AASECT Best Audio Visual Award in 2012.
