What information we collect
These are the categories of information we have collected over the past 12 months:
Identifiers: Your name, email address, IP address, etc. If you are an enrolled student, we also collect your bank details, home address, age, and gender.
Commercial information: Records of what you have purchased, what you have signed up to, how many emails you have opened, student status, and payments made.
Geolocation data: Your physical location, generally.
Employment and Education information: This is only if you have filled out an enrollment form and/or if you have attended a Pathfinder Call with one of our team members to assess if you are the right candidate for our programs.
Email Marketing Campaigns
On our website, we collect data when you opt-in to our mailing list to receive gifts, including (but not limited to) ebooks, prizes, video courses, prize draws, and giveaways. This data includes your name, email address, and your marketing preferences. When you opt-in, you are sent an email asking for your consent to receive marketing materials and emails from us, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We store this data to measure the effectiveness of our marketing, to communicate with you, and to understand how our customers are using our products/services.
As an enrolled certification student of any of our courses, including the Core Certified Sex Coach™ program, we store your personal data, which includes your name, location, email address, application form, coursework, and instructor commentary. Our lawful grounds for processing this data is that it is necessary in the context of a contract into which you have entered by enrolling as a student and in order for us to provide you with the service for which you have paid.
Unsubscribe
You may opt out of receiving future promotional/marketing messages from us by submitting the opt-out request form by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link found in the footer of our email messages. Please note that if you are an enrolled student and choose to opt out of promotional/marketing messages, you will continue to receive certain communications from us, such as correspondence from our team and your student advisor, in order for us to deliver the service for which you have paid.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
We hire trusted independent contractors, processors, and service providers to assist us in the administration of our company. These include our web manager, accounting director, student support team, and marketing team. We may disclose your personal data to these service providers, but only for the purposes of providing you with the services for which you have paid and for improving customer experience. Our trusted service providers have agreed to (i) hold this information in confidence, and (ii) not use it for any purpose except to carry out the services they are providing for us.

Student Data
In order to ensure potential students are eligible for our certification program, we conduct Pathfinder Calls, which are booked via Acuity. As part of this process, we use Typeform to collect your name, location, email address, telephone number, and other relevant contact information so we can stay in contact with you. We make written notes about the call conducted, including background information pertinent to the call and keywords. We keep these notes securely and confidentially in order to provide the service requested. This data is available on request.

In addition, we track the number of emails sent, the volume of calls scheduled, and the volume of calls conducted in order to understand the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
We store relevant data on all of our students who have enrolled in any of our courses, including the Core Certified Sex Coach™ program. This includes name, location, email address, telephone number, Skype ID, application form, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), coursework, and instructor commentary. We use this data to maintain contact with our students, to inform them of important information regarding their studies, updates about our program, news from the rest of our community, and marketing materials.
Sharing Information
The personal information you provide to us will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or as required by law. We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to carry out our business or your request or as required by law or other legal processes, and we never sell your personal information.
